We are a FedEx Shipper. Shipments are sent FedEx Priority Overnight, delivery next day before 10:30am. Heat packs and cold packs are used as necessary.

Shipments can be delayed at our discretion due to extreme heat or cold.

All pythons are guaranteed healthy, feeding and properly sexed.

We must be made aware of any health issues within 48 hours of arrival. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the sex of the python. If you should sex the python differently, please notify us within 48 hours of arrival and we will be happy to either replace the python or provide you with a full refund.

PayPal is the easiest and preferred payment method. Poastal Money Orders are also accepted.
